The Department for Work and Pensions is planning to close Post Office card accounts in November, meaning Britons who use theirs to receive benefits, tax credits or state pension payments will have to open an alternative account with a bank or building society if they do not already have one.
If you or one of your family members will be affected by the closure, we would like to hear from you. We are also interested in hearing from people who have already made the transition and successfully transferred their payments.
You can get in touch by filling in the form below or via WhatsApp by clicking here or adding the contact +44(0)7766780300. Your responses are secure as the form is encrypted and only the Guardian has access to your contributions.
One of our journalists will be in contact before we publish, so please do leave contact details.
