How will you or a family member be affected by the closure of Post Office card accounts?

Posted on Sep 03, 2021

The Department for Work and Pensions is planning to close Post Office card accounts in November, meaning Britons who use theirs to receive benefits, tax credits or state pension payments will have to open an alternative account with a bank or building society if they do not already have one.

If you or one of your family members will be affected by the closure, we would like to hear from you. We are also interested in hearing from people who have already made the transition and successfully transferred their payments.
